Compliance experience includes compliance audits and training, air emission inventories, California Environmental Quality Act/National Environmental Policy Act (CEQA/NEPA) documents, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste and material management, industrial wastewater and storm water pretreatment, and permit assistance.

Remediation experience includes preliminary site assessments, remedial investigations and feasibility studies under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), storage tank cleanup and reimbursement, and remediation system design.

Real estate services include environmental baseline surveys, property transfer documents (FOSTs, FOSETs, and FOSLs), Phase I and II site assessments, real estate appraisals and rent analyses, and development of land use controls.

We have extensive experience negotiating cleanup strategies with regulatory agencies to ensure that environmental concerns are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
