Qualifications
Robert Burleson is the Chief Executive Officer of Burleson Consulting Inc. He has a B.S. in agriculture management and is a certified general real estate appraiser with over twenty years experience. Mr. Burleson's responsibilities include supervision of Burleson's staff and subcontractors. He has completed property valuations for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and several municipalities. Mr. Burleson is a lead author for completion of NEPA/CEQA environmental documents. Mr. Burleson has completed the analysis for land use, agriculture, floodplains, and water quality resource areas for EAs and EIS documents. He completes the identification of public or businesses that are required to be notified of a potential NEPA/CEQA project. Mr. Burleson has performed phase I and phase II environmental assessments for commercial and industrial clients.
Mr. Burleson has performed appraisals throughout northern and central California that are used for real estate listing or sale, lending or refinancing, property tax appeal, PMI removal, relocation, new development, foreclosure, and tax purposes. The Sacramento area is his primary focus, including the counties of Sacramento, El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, San Joaquin, Solano, Contra Costa, Sonoma, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Alameda, and Yolo.
Mr. Burleson's office has appraised over 500 million dollars worth of real estate. Mr. Burleson is on the approved panel for most lenders in the area. He utilizes the latest database and analytical techniques to arrive at his valuations. His expertise includes:
